The Vencer Team are looking forward to returning back to work on the 26th of May. Company Directors, Tom Wooldridge and David Howell, both agree that there will be Challenges ahead. There will have to be clear records showing who is on site, the time they arrive and the time they leave. Vencer procedures currently include this, but greater detail to the accurate attendance times will be carried out by management.
David said "This will help with contact tracing and ensure if anyone does test positive for coronavirus, all in contact will be notified accordingly. The current situation is not ideal, but it is better than no progress at all."
Tom has said "We're checking in with our clients to make sure they're comfortable with us being on site. We'll be using the 2m distancing rule, which is going to be difficult, but it'll be something we'll have to get used to."
"We have a soap & wash station onsite, face masks are to be worn at all times & hand sanitizers. Handwashing will be required at implemented times during the day. We will be required to wash our hands before work starts, the start & end of each break, and when we finish work."
Tom also added "We implement strict Health & Safety Rules on our sites & this is another focus in making sure everyone is safe. We will be taking the extra measures to make sure the right processes are in place."
Both Director have no doubt that with hard work and a determination Vencer will continue to grow.
